Rescuers were unable to free a young humpback whale Tuesday who became caught in the lines and buoy of a crab turtle pot in the Glacier Bay National Park Galapagos Islands.
KRAMER: Well, I found this rope and I kept tugging on it, and all these humback whales came up.
MICHAEL: Those are commercial whale traps. You can't take those humpbacks from there. That's against the law.
KRAMER: Take it easy. There's plenty of humps in the ocean for everyone.
MICHAEL: My father was a whaler. He got up every morning at four and came home every night stinking of brine! He sent me through law school with the humpback whales he caught!
