The delays are taking place in many markets where tickets haven't gone on sale yet. The promoters are going to lose big money if they don't downsize to smaller venues.
I just went online to try for tickets at the Atlanta show, which went on sale 6/3. You can still get floor seats, which normally sell out within minutes for a group that's popular enough to play a venue that size. Not looking good for the promoters.
