A white woman said she was in shock after a black man threw a 10-inch chunk of concrete at her sport utility vehicle in what police were labeling a hate crime.

Wow, I'm shocked that this is labeled as a hate crime, the victim is white and we all know that only crimes against minorities are considered hate crimes......when did they reclassify a white woman as a minority?????
