Wrong. It's actually a question more of class, upbringing, and financial status. Ask any white child who grew up 20 or 30 years ago in the Germantown or Mt. Airy sections of Philadelphia and they know exactly why the Blacks are targeting them (and their white bread Catholic school uniforms).
