If he`s being treated the same as the Marines being investigated, he shouldn`t complain.
But I guess without the complaining, there`d be no media coverage/attention for his legal defense fund. Guess he`s not relying on JAGs.

I listened to Bi-Polar Savage tonight and heard this story and his interview with Mr. Sullivan III. Breaks my heart! I think Rummy and Bush should be ashamed of themselves for keeping these soldiers, accused by terrorists, shackled and in solitary confinement. Shame on our President, again.

I e-mailed this story to a soldier supporter friend who asked the question, Why is the lawyer not defending this sailor pro bono?
She proceeded to phone the lawyer's office and suggest the same. I think it's a great idea, if others would do so.
