I don't feel bad about it, but if you recall the convictions of Ollie North we overturned essentially because of Congressional grandstanding. How can you have legitimate hearings without the testimony of the participants?
Well..then, there is precedent for overturning convictions...and we need to remind any and all about that.
I have seen Ollie on TV several times since the Haditha thing blew up last week...and he has been adamant about not trying this case in the media...and he should know.
