I'm glad they have civilian attorneys.

It seems inappropriate for Congress to hold hearings until the charges have been dealt with.

I agree. Hang the bastards in public.

"The bastards who leaked the information should be hung in a public square," said Brahms, who declined to identify his client. "My Marines are being thrown under the goddamn bus."

That's a plain spoken attorney!

Our troops do not deserve this.
By contrast, illegal aliens routinely get amnesty.

WE WANT AMNESTY FOR OUR TROOPS.
Our valiant soldiers should have sovereign immunity.

I have to agree with this attorney and they should throw Murtha in for rendering his guilty verdict about the other Marines.

I just LOVE how the stupid Congressweinies charge in and plan "hearings", before investigations are finished, charges are made (if any for one of the above incidents)...

Or there is a trial and a verdict...

Those hotdogs in Washington need to stay the heck out of this...and let the Marine Corps/Navy take care of it.

This whole media feeding frenzy directed against our fighting men and women is the single most sickening thing I can ever remember seeing in my short 43 years.

And I lived through both Bubba's and Peanut Jimmah's sorry administrations.

I'm so frustrated with this bullsh!t I just want to spit blood...

The House and Senate Armed Services committees are scheduled to conduct hearings into the incidents later this month.

They should bar the Murtha's of the world from this hearing, since they have already rendered their verdict!

It seems inappropriate for Congress to hold hearings until the charges have been dealt with.

I have searched in vain in the Constitution for any provision which gives Congress investigative authority, or the authority to issue subpoenas, hold people in contempt of Congress, and related actions. Investigations (Executive Branch), subpoenas and holding people in contempt (Judicial Branch) appear to be gross violations by the Legislative Branch of the separation of powers.

Congress claims it needs to conduct oversight since it passes budget bills. Well, oversight is one thing, but Congress routinely (and shockingly without question) issues subpoenas to private citizens, conducts investigations into the affairs of private citizens, and holds people in contempt if they do not comply with Congressional investigations.

One might accept that, although it is not so stated in the Constitution, Congress does need to conduct budgetary oversight. But Congressional hearings should be limited in scope solely to such matters.

Incorrect grammar. Pictures are hung, people are hanged. There is an exception, however:

"They said you was hung!"

"They was right!"

It's beyond me why any military attorneys or otherwise would want to leak a damn squeak to the L/MSM on anything.
Maybe it is high time some of these type folks should be sent to special training to learn how to use an M16,M4, then assinged temporary duty walking the streets of Iraq with soldiers or Marines doing SASO patrols.
Perhaps their sad asses would come around and start acting a bit like soldiers and Marines.

Finally! A lawyer I like! I'd like to see everyone in the "media" hung in public also. I'm sorry, we're dealing with DemocRAT girlymen here. I meant hanged in public.

Ahhhhh, it's so refreshing to see a man, legitimately ticked off at yet another government leak, who isn't afraid to display his anger and his manhood. He's right, they are 'bastards', and they're crucifying our troops for doing what they are trained to do.

I'm as riled as he is at all these pot shots taken at our brave troops in Iraq. Personally, I don't care if our troops kill every single one of the enemy, regardless of their civilian human sheilds. If they are shooting at our guys, and killing them, then fire back with everything you've got until they're all dead.

Muslims are the most dangerous people on earth because they are without morals, without mercy, without civility, without self-respect or respect for others, and without God..... there's is a religion of satan worship. Life means nothing to them; back-stabbers and cutthroats are on a higher moral plain than muslims.

I've purposely avoided the latest smear on our troops, but thought I'd take a peek at this. Good for that attorney!

Pray for our troops!
