I really don't think the attorney for his defense should be repeating that allegation publicly... unless perhaps, he's trying to hopelessly taint the jury pool.

My first thoughts. Canadian law, like American law based on much the same principles. Lawyer -client confidentiality.

On the lighter side, the accused was said to have said the CBC should be blown up. Hmm, a strong advocate against what is being done in Iraq. No, CBC is in a way like CNN. (perish my thoughts). LOL
