I voted for Maldonado too early. Once I had more facts I regretted it. I'm glad to see Strickland winning.

Very glad to see the props failing. Apparently Arnold wants to smack his Dem opponent over the head on 82/taxes because Arnold opposed and both Dems supported it.

I was looking at the County vote-count status. It looks like Los Angeles is yet to add in any of their results. That could swing a *lot* of things--including Prop 82.

Arnold wants preschool for all, he just didn't want the 'taxes on the rich' portion. He added millions ($50 Million, IIRC) to his May Budget Revision to pay for preschool for the poor.

I would never vote for him, but Jerry Brown is the only liberal in the world I would sit down and eat a meal with. He is very polite, talkative and has decent table manners.
