Did you even notice when I said I don't live in LA? How can I be arrogant and selfish when I say that LA county should be able to ship human waste as fertilizer to private farms in Kern County when I live in San Diego county?

It seems that you're just projecting your prejudice against people from LA onto me.

Orange County Sanitation District, which sends about a third of its sewage sludge to Kern, is working on a project to convert 200 tons of sludge to energy daily, according to an announcement Friday.
