Waste from herbavores is quite different from waste from omnivores.

In addition, there is other toxic waste being vomited from LA into our soil.

You, however, avoid the issue: IF IT IS SAFE, KEEP IT YOURSELVES.

LA does use the waste on its own farms, there's just a lot more farms and a lot fewer people in Kern county.

Also, why do you say "yourselves"? I don't live in LA, I live in San Diego.

Why do politicians in Kern County any ban on receiving or using out-of-county waste would be constitutional? There's a line of Supreme Court cases that would seem to suggest that it isn't.
