To conclude this epic campaign against The Da Vinci Code, Catholics nationwide will join together in a huge, massive, and final act of reparation in front of Sony’s offices in Manhattan, NY, and Culver City, CA. Wow! Rallies on each coast will take place simultaneously. Sony is responsible for producing and distributing the blasphemous movie. We are now rushing invitations to 120,000 Catholics. As a core member and organizer of this historic protest, it is important that you attend Our Lady of Victory Rally if at all possible. I really hope you can make it. Top Vatican Official Urges Da Vinci Code Protests
Reuters reported that Archbishop Amato, Secretary of the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, called for organized protests against The Da Vinci Code film similar to the demonstrations organized against the 1988 Martin Scorcese film, The Last Temptation of Christ (Reuters, April 28, 2006). Among other insults to Our Lord and the Catholic Faith, the movie suggests Jesus and Mary Magdalene were married, and had a child – brutal blasphemy! Show your rejection for The Da Vinci Code. Join a massive peaceful and prayerful rally of reparation in front of the Sony Building in New York City on Saturday, June 24. (Violence forbidden.) We’ll pray the Rosary and sing hymns. Catholic leaders will address the crowd. Bring friends. Bring family. Charter a bus.

What a colossal waste of time. The DaVinci code was in fourth place this weekend, and it will drop further. At this rate, by July 4, it will be completely off American screens.

Basically they are organizing a large prayer meeting so they can pray to G-d that He will accept their prayers as atonement for the sin of making the Da Vinci Code movie. Their own prayers are the "reparation" for the folks at Sony that G-d will not punish them as badly as they probably deserve for insulting Yeshua by making the DaVinci Code movie in the first place.

You know it's funny Steely Tom.I am not going to this but I just look at a 5,000.00 Sony Camera today and said I would buy it.There was a matching camera-JVC- that was a little heavier.I think I'll cancel the order.
