JULY 2001 : (NIAGARA, NY : NABIL AL MARABH IS RELEASED FROM JAIL) [Nabil] Al Marabh was released from the Niagara jail last July on $10,000 bail paid by his uncle, Ahmed Shehab. Shehab owns a Toronto copy shop whose paper stock, laminates, and ink, according to Canadian investigators, exactly match those used in identification papers left behind by the September 11 hijackers. Shehab is also the principal of Toronto's Al-Qura Islamic elementary school. Al-Qura's previous principal, "Mahmoud Jaballah," shares a set of fingerprints, according to Interpol, with one Mahmoud Said, a leading figure in Islamic Jihad, the Egyptian terrorist organization founded by Ayman al Zawahiri, Osama bin Laden's longtime number two man.

JUNE 27, 2001 : (NIAGARA FALLS AREA : LEWISTON, NY : AL MARABH IS CAUGHT WHILE HIDING IN THE BACK OF A TRACTOR TRAILER RIG - See DETROIT CELL, TORONTO CELL, BOSTON CELL, ... TAMPA CELL?) According to Canadian immigration records obtained by the Free Press, Almarabh was caught June 27 moving between the two countries [US & Canada] while hiding in the back of a tractor-trailer rig. Almarabh, 34, tried to enter the United States through the Queen's Lewiston Bridge at Niagara Falls when U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services officers discovered him in the truck on the U.S. side of the border.
