Representative Murtha repeatedly takes credit for America pulling out of Somalia, which Bin Ladin claims convinced him America was a paper tiger. I think it's rather clear President Clinton's taking Murtha's advice has had 3000 terrible repercussions. Murtha should not be able to claim he is a foreign policy expert any more than he should be able to claim he is for the military when he stabs Marines in the back without anything close to the benefit of a trial.
