The word 'truth' applied to either John Kerry or the New York Times is incongruent.

My exact thoughts.
How can anyone with any amount of common sense now matter how small, associate the word truth with the New York Times.
Truth to the New York Times is any thing close to Fake But Accurate.

I got a call from a tele-marketer the other day looking to sell me a subscription to the Times. When I told him that was not interested, he asked me what I though of the Times. I almost started to actually tell him, but then decided that it wasn't worth ruining this poor guy's day.
What a waste of dead trees.

"WHY" is the bigger fish....and IMO there lies the story.
