"He voluntarily climbed down after police's pea around 8:10pm on the same day"
What does "police's pea" mean?
I suspect it went as follows:
a few cops gathered around the tree and implore to him, "Please, it is getting late. we don't want to drag you down. You might fall and die in the process. You don't want it, do you?" Keep doing this until he gets cold, tired, hungry and decided to climb down.:)
