Bush has made significant progress in 'culture of life' issues. And Bush has moved the SC significantly to the right.

Oh..........btw, I've said a thousand times on this forum that tax cuts are conservative goals that both Reagan and Bush have accomplished.

Don't tell me that I 'didn't say that.' I've even said it several times on this thread.

Both great leaders. Both great men. Both conservatives. Neither perfect.
