One of the best things about Bush is that he knows that he is just the president. He devotes a lot of energy to leading the government, and he works well with the Congress.

He "works well with the Congress", because he has his pliable functionaries leading both bodies. But he's sure out of step with a large percentage of the members on a number of things.

Why don't you just get up and get a refill. Your glass is half empty. Or, maybe there is a pliable functionary (not to be confused with amily members) who could bring it to you.
