True, but you can eat whole wheat bread without it having to be "organic."
Whole wheat is not enough. It can still have additives and the original grain might be of inferior quality.
The real bread contains flour, leaven or yeast, water and salt. No more, not less.
If you try to make your own bread you will SEE that organic flour is much better. The dough grows as it should for example.
Government agencies are not to be trusted with the certification as they will side with big business. They will play games to redefine "organic" or "natural" labels.
