Bush is worse than a "one trick pony." He's doing the bidding of liberals!

I wouldn't exactly say that. Look with what he was saddled with when he took over. A total Clintoon saturated Administration. His biggest mistake was not cleaning house right up front. A leader can only be as good as the support of his Administration. I really think he trusted in the advice from these RATs. That was President Bush's biggest mistake. And add to that 9/11 before he could get a handle on things. I honestly believe he thought with his wisdom that the RATS left in his Administration would see things his way.

Bush campaigned on "getting along" and 'not making waves.' (my term) He was trying to make some big statement on bipartisanship. That's why he affiliated himself with Kennedy in what was an enormously expensive bill.

He's far too nice. Most of us assumed that it was just an act and that he would get into office and "quietly" ram through a conservative agenda....WITH THE HELP OF TWO GOP HOUSES! Apparently we were all mistaken.

He's done a great job in Iraq, but he's been on vacation here at home. He tried to slide Miers in there and the base reacted, with help from the libs ironically, in order to prevent Souter II. If 911 had never happened, he'd have precious little under his belt for six years.

It now appears that he's not only gonna have nothing else, but that he may in fact sell us all out, hand throw our sovereignty to the four winds, just about literally. He may as well tear up our US Constitution and heave it out the WH window on the next windy day.

If a President had taken his stand on immigration 50 years ago, he'd have been thrown out of office almost immediately.

If any of the founding fathers were hear to see his stance they'd have instant heart attacks.

The Clinton years did irreverseable damage. But Bush is merely piling on. The Clinton years debacle could have been halted in time. It wasn't as Bush is pushing similar agendas.

As well, many of the "lesser" issues, what used to be the big ones, are now considered all but moot should the current Senate immigration bill, or anything close to it, actually pass. Who cares about tax cuts if in 10, 15, or 20 years we are all supporting a married couple of baby boomers and an illegal (then made "legal") Mexican family? "Tax cuts" wouldn't cover all that.

At this rate, abortions will be available in every back alley. Why Kennedy supports this crap is amusing.

Meanwhile, we'd all better learn Spanish, because clearly illegal Mexicans have by an large have absolutely no desire or inclination, or even motive, to learn English.

Whatever the senators and reps are telling us now about "tax penalties," "illegals having to learn Enlish," "them having to learn about the history of our nation," it's all BS. NONE of it will ever come to pass just as few other laws are enforced unless it's poltically expedient for those that signed the Bills.

Yet, those in support keep trudging along on pace for not being fooled once, yea, nor twice, but for the hundredth or more time.

The Clinton years were horrible and irreversable and set this nation back irreversably as stated. But he could have done much worse as much of his time was wasted in scandals. But Bush is even worse in many ways and certainly has done absolutely nothing to put this nation back on a proper course.

If someone would have stated that Bush would be not only in favor of the current senate immigration bill, but actually pushing for it hard, during the '00 or '04 electins, no one would have believed it an those stating that would have been haled as morons, Bush haters, and people that are clueless.

YET, here we are!
