We are getting a terrible hail/Monsoon,severe storm here in Central Florida. My flag just got blown out of it's cement base and is lying on the ground. I have not seen winds this strong and flipping, swirling around since Wilma last year.

Were you living in Florida in March, 1993?  We were down at Disneyworld and got trapped a couple of extra days by the "no name storm."  Now that was an experience.  Hurricane force winds, snow in the panhandle and all across the deep south.  Quite an experience.

ref #570, I have lived in Florida since 1968,but I was in South Florida (Broward) in 1993. I remember that storm, it was kind of like a reverse Northeaster because it originated in the South, and went North and caused blizzards, etc. We were not damaged much compared to the West Coast of Florida and the Northeast. It kind of reminded me of the Blizzard of "66" forty years ago when I was a Young thing, and living in Central NY. If you stepped off the porch, you lost your way, you just could not see where you were because of Zero visibility.
