It is beyond my comprehension how this fool could possibly think he has a snowball's chance in hell of ever winning a presidential election.

He's a Democrat.  Think of the last several moonbats they've nominated.  They specialize in nominating losers and then come close to winning based on their built in 15% advantage granted them by the drive by media who do their level best to promote the left. They got away with it in the 90s.  Why change now?  Biden has all the necessary qualifications to be the Democrat nominee for President.

• He's in love with the sound of his own voice
• He talks a lot but never says anything (at least nothing coherent)
• He will say whatever the polls tell him to say and has the ability to ignore everything he ever said that contradicts his new position
• He hates Republicans, particularly George W. Bush
• He's loved by the drive by media
