Hello All,
Is there language in the U.S. Constitution to expel a state? I have a test case if needed!
Over the past few months, I've been researching New Hampshire. The only thing holding me here is that if I live in NH but work in MA I still have to pay MA income tax. Plus, if you file as a MA non-resident, you are not entitled to any deductions, so it becomes very pricey, in my estimation.
When I leave, I want the cord completely cut, period. These MA leeches will cease receiving any of my money, for sure. As it is, I do all my shopping (groceries, fuel, etc.) in NH as it is. Any penny, or benefit I can divert from this state, I do.
BTW, when I travel, if I am asked where I am from, I answer New Hampshire. Before "gay" marriage, Teddy K. was reason enough to hide being from MA, but with that farce, enough is enough!
Ronald W. Reagan - June 5, 2004 - June 5, 2006. You are missed.

And, if you continue to work in MA and pay MA state income tax, your children are not eligible for in-state tuition, unless they are illegal aliens.
