In LA, in the UC system where illegals get better rates than US citizens from other states, you think there are few to no illegals or children of illegals?
No, not that at all, I am only referring to the 96 blacks, I doubt any of them are included in the substantial number of illegals also benefitting from in state tuition rates at this or other institutions. We know the number are in the thousands in that case.
