"There are now two men named from Georgia connected to these terrorists. Time to get the FR network busy gatheirng info on these suspects and possible connections in GA and elsewhere in the US. Got a ping list for researching?"

I think it was the two in Georgia that lead to/tipped off the Canadians to this group.

Two Georgia Muslims Arrested in Terrorist Probe

From Joy Johnston,
Your Guide to Atlanta, GA.

One of those arrested was a student at Georgia Tech.

Two young Georgia Muslim men are being held in custody by the federal government, charged with material support for terrorism. The support allegedly included providing information about possible locations to carry out terrorist attacks in the United States. Syed Ahmed is a 21-year-old Georgia Tech student, and Ehsanul Sadequee is a 19-year-old from Roswell who was arrested in Bangladesh where his family claims he went to get married. Both men are U.S. citizens. The two knew each other through interaction in Atlanta's growing Muslim community.

The details surrounding the investigation and the ultimate arrest of the two young men were brought to light after a local television station, FOX 5, interviewed the family of Syed Ahmed. They proclaimed his innocence, and claimed the charges brought against their family member by the government was ridiculous.

Kids build their own computer and take it home! 6 locations. www.kidsntechnology.net Sadequee's family lives in Dawsonville and they also have proclaimed his innocence through local media outlets. Both men are maintaining their innocence while they remain in custody. The two men and their activities have been tracked as part of an FBI international terrorism investigation. The investigation has uncovered a trip the two young men made to Canada in 2005, allegedly to meet with other known terrorist figures. The meeting was to discuss possible targets for future terrorist attacks in the United States, including military bases and oil refineries. Another part of the discussion involved how the men could disrupt GPS technology to interfere with military communications.

Much has been made about a video that Ahmed is alleged to have taken of a building in America, but more specific details have not been released. Ahmed's sister claims the contents of the video or ones similar to it can be found all over the Internet. Investigators seized computers and other electronic equipment from Ahmed's family home. They seized CD-ROMs from Sadequee and maps of the Washington area.

The two were to receive military training at a terrorist camp in Pakistan, where Ahmed allegedly traveled over the past year. His family claims he went there to attend a religious school.

There's a mosque just north of Georgia Tech on 14th St. It's been there for years. And it's location is perfect for recruiting young, bright, and fanatical muslims.

Ah, the religion which gives favor in Paradise for slaughtering people? Yeah, they probably did go to attend a 'religious school' since their Islam is all about blood letting for the Moon god.
