Snow is technically right. It is NOT an invasion by a government of another country and that's what the framers were talking about. Use a different word. The problem is still there though.

I believe you to be technically incorrect.
If I, a country, print a booklet telling my citizens how to go into a nation illegally, I, that nation, have acted in an unlawful manner, according to international law. Technically, I, that country, have perpetrated an act of war against another nation.

In addition to having a foreign government aiding and encouraging their own citizens to invade our country and actively encourage their own citizens to undermine our laws, culture and government, there are also nightly incursions into United States territory by heavily armed soldiers of the Mexican Army, to provide escort for drug runners and illegals. There have been shootouts between them and our border patrol and other law enforcement. There are also a whole lot of other, armed illegals that come across our borders nightly that aren't here looking for a job!

If the framers of the Constitution were alive today to see what is going on with the illegals, they would call this an invasion.

Article IV., Section.4. of the United States Constitution says: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion...

The Constitution just says "Invasion", not "Invasion by a government of another country", "Invasion by a foreign country", etc. If the framers meant "Invasion by a foreign power/government/country", they would have stated so. I believe that this illegal alien "tidal wave" can indeed be legally termed an "Invasion" according to our constitution.

Link to U.S. Constitution below (you'll have to scrown down to near the bottom of the page to find Article IV., Section 4):

Snow is trying to cloak this mess in euphemistic bullsh!t-speak. It's disappointing to see people here supporting that.
