To be one of the 4.6 persons out of 100 must mean you are one lazy, unmotivated liberal looking for charity from your fellow citizens.
In my area, all of the delivery trucks have permanent painted signs telling you who to call for job information; all of the malls, grocery stores, etc. have job kiosks; if you shop during the day, you will likely have a "help wanted" slip tucked into your bag; and everyone who is eligible for an unemployment check collects for nearly the maximum time.
I don't know how the economy can add more jobs - where are the people to take them?
