LOL. I was very tempted recently in an airport restaurant. Some sales idot was yakking so loudly on his cell that all of us for many tables away could hear him. Then he gave his cell number to whomever was on the other end of the connection -- and all the rest of us as well. It was tempting to go to a nearby pay phone and call him... but I didn't.

Having a loud conversation (and cell phone conversations are almost always loud, because of the limitations of the speaker) in an enclosed public space is rude.
