Actually you are wrong. If existing laws were being enforced, we wouldn't have 18 to 20 million illegals running around our country.
At least there are 6 million less illegal aliens, since those were expelled from the U.S. in the last 6 years. Do you think ANY law in the U.S. is "fully enforced"? Even murder laws are not "fully enforced".
