I get mine checked every year during my annual physical. I have a lady doctor that makes me turn my head and cough. She seems to enjoy checking it as much as I do.
Just wait 'till you hit the big 40. A word to the wise, just because they call it a "digital exam" does not mean it has a numerical readout!
