Considering those two sentences, the average time they should have taken is about 15 seconds ------ to hit the "Vote straight ticket" for the RAT party.
I've never seen straight ticket voting in Ohio. Until recently all my elections were on punch cards. The last couple were on computer screens with a backup copy printed on a strip of paper retained in the machine.
