When have the Kennedy's been right on anything in the last forty years?
Since he knows that the JFK election was bought in West Virginia and stolen in Chicago Kennedy thinks all politicians are dishonest. Just like all politicians don't get into drunk driving accidents, like the majoroty of the Kennedy's, they are not all involved in voter fraud like the Kennedy family.

Kennedy bested Nixon in the nationwide popular vote by a razor-thin margin of 118,574 (out of more than 68.8 million cast). In the all-important Electoral College, he received 303 votes to Nixon's 219, with 269 required to win. Had Nixon carried both Illinois and Texas, he would have eked out a 270-vote Electoral College victory.

That 319,000-vote advantage in Chicago enabled Kennedy to win statewide by a vote of 8,858 out of more than 4.7 million cast. Likewise, in Texas "substantial voter fraud may well have occurred, though it is impossible to say whether fraud accounted for Kennedy's entire 46,242-vote majority out of over 2.3 million votes cast."
it's kinda funny, given the Chicago/IL voting in 1960, isn't it ? At the time, Nixon was urged to contest that voting, but decided such a challenge would be harmful to the country and conceded. A Son of Chicago's then Mayor ends up heading the Gore challenge in Florida in 2000, and this Kennedy twit (and what IS wrong with his voice?) claims the 2004 election was stolen. They are hopeless.
