It's not beyond the realm of possibility that 'mission creep' will transfer some of that dump-hillary '08 energy to '06. Wouldn't that be a fine turn of events?
Maybe the question needs to be turned around: Why won't the voter generalize to '06? A dud is a dud is a dud....
