I this is the case, I have two questions. How did this happen? Why is it allowed to continue?
what can we do? with the rules of engagement we have, we would have to send Marines door to door to root this out. we would losee 100s of men. as it is now, look at what is happening with the Marines being cast as war criminals and murderers over the civilian (if that's what they even were) casualties.
