They are very large but also very bias so if the Government is using them to take the steam out of the allegations to possible indictments then it's their mistake. As for leaker's I don't care about motivation or who authorized it and unless it's been declassified then it's illegal. It's time the leaks stopped dead in their tracks.

If the Pentagon is leaking, and it is becoming more and more apparent that it is, then the report is being selectively declassified.
