WOW!!!! That is really sad.

It's particularly sad when the news media and people like Congressman Murtha give Code Pink credibility. I'm not saying that people shouldn't have the freedom to dress any way they want, but when the entire group consistently pushes the personal appearance envelope to this extent, you have to take a hard look at what else they are pushing.

"Peace" is an extremist idea when your nation's soldiers, sailors, civilians, embassies, buildings, ideology and reputation have been under attack for more than 20 years and finally a President is elected who has the stones to do something about it, even at the risk of making his own father look weak.

What Code Pink does consisently borders on psychological abuse of our soldiers, not to mention treason. Ask the parent of any brave soldier who looks out the window of Walter Reed and sees them cavorting around with guitars and singing "Knock, Knock, Knockin' on Heaven's Door" as the DC Chapter has.

I participated in a FReep of an A.N.S.W.E.R. rally inHouston in '03 about a month before the war started. There were about 4,000 of 'em and every single one of them had that weird, Communist, unwashed hippie look. (And we really ruined their little love-fest that day just by being there with our American flags and signs supporting the troops.)

Great work, Allegra! It only takes a few of us to totally unhinge the "party of peace."

I just noticed the bus. Inside lights are on so the returning troops can be seen waving and saluting us for our continued support..."at the gate".

Have we mentioned their response lately? They seem so happy to see us!

I'd love to see some Protest Warrior action on the Pinkos...

Thank you for the reminder that the DC Chapter of Protest Warrior have been frequently at our side on Friday nights; in fact, it was the DCPW leader, who is also the FReeper concretebob, who overthrew the Pinkos by applying for their lapsed permits. Protest Warrior/FReeper BStein80 is another outstanding contributor to extraordiary antics against the Pinko's disingenuous propaganda.

We welcome all Protest Warriors and any who will observe the DC Chapter's rules for protesting. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
