Sandy Wells went to the school this morning to file a report and was assaulted. After announcing himself and requesting to talk to Marcos Aguilar, he was denied access to the school. Wells was standing on the sidewalk outside the school when a vehicle jumped the curb. Wells moved out of the way before the vehicle hit him. Then the driver got out, chased Wells, tackled him, demanded he hand over his tape, and forcibly stole the tape.

A lawyer from the school called KABC and told them the school was going to file a lawsuit against THEM!

That's close to the story I heard, but I heard there was one driver and a different person who chased him and took the tape.
