Normally I agree, but in this case Fatso attempted to steal this Soldier's honor.
Not to mention the additional deaths his propaganda piece caused.
I bet Moore will try to settle out of court, but I have a feeling this Soldier wants to continue fighting the war by taking him down in court.

The NY Post article stated that the reson that this law suit is coming about in 2006 is that he has been trying to settle with Moore out of court. Moore would not settle.
