Kristinn, I forgot to mention this little story to you. Not sure you saw it happen:

Someone in Iraq heard from us today
A young woman came by during the event and stopped in front of me holding my signs. She had a video camera and said to me "I have a friend serving in Iraq and would like you to send him a message on camera." I was immediately choked up and had a hard time composing myself. I'm a grown man and I'm teared up right now. I tried to get the point across that even though they see a lot of anti-war stuff on TV, that the majority of us do support them and their mission. I wished him safe and God Bless him to keep him safe. I was choked up and teared up so much, I'm not sure if I did us justice, but I did my best.

When I think of all the weeks you have been out there...I guess it was time for a rest...glad I could cover for you this time.

See you soon...another few weeks and I may be able to get away from home more than 2 hours...2 more surgeries then the therapy?

Awesome!!! I sometimes wish we could record our thoughts and emotions on a disc to sit back and enjoy later! Memories are great, but they become fuzzy over time.
