I got a reply from "W" after the 200 election when he came back to Florida.

The windows on the cars were dark then too, but he quoted the signs exactly and thanked us for the support in Orlando.

I choose to believe he read them. We stood on the curb inside Arlington, when they were leaving, and Laura was on our side and smiled and waved at our flag waving.
