I recall a similar story about some breast implants here in the US, only to a much much smaller degree of occurrance than this story.

The silicone breast implants leaked, or busted open and the stuff migrated around the body. It sounded terrible then, and considering the numbers stated in this story and the fact beauticians were administering it, this sounds even worse.

Forget the silicone implants, remember the silicone injections in the 60s? Women had rock hard breasts and silicone migrated all over the body.

Well, apparently it is still going on with a vengeance in this country. Sounds like a horror movie.
