I would suggest that if they are immediately kicked off the thread or the site, then this means that it will be that much more difficult for law enforcement to gather information.

Not necessarily....allow your blood to boil but instead of clicking on the "report abuse" button here at FR, click on the FBI tip-reporting link instead  :-)
