I appreciate any and all threads on captured bad guys.
I believe we do take this seriously. I see the jokes as "black humor" to ease the tension and because Freepers are a small group. Most groups, be they doctors, ethnic groups, etc. all use black humor at times.
I find the jokes alleviating what is usually very serious and often depressing or enraging stuff.

al-Batawi confessed under questioning that he beheaded hundreds of Iraqis in Baghdad and other Iraqi provinces. Too bad Mousie Murtha isn't angered by these crimes. From his perspective it's not the crime or the magnitude or frequency of the crime--it's who may have committed it.

I didn't see this nutcase's name on the terrorist scorecard, but with so many terrorists rushing to Iraq and then getting whacked, it is a little difficult to keep tabs on who is running around out there, who is in custody, and who is dead.
Is he one of Zarqawi's stooges who came in from outside of Iraq or is he a homegrown madman?
