think if you took all the fire "incidents" after the end of "major combat operations," and---if true---look at this this incident as a %, it's statistically insignificant. THAT is the message that needs to get out.

And by sending out such a message you're essentially rendering a verdict - with a lame "if true" caveat - before an investigation is even complete. The message that should be getting out is "presumption of innocence" and public condemnation of that treasonous Murtha. But that's no fun, now is it?
