Well, hell, let's just do away with the limitations already.....here in MA if you are a sex offender you get preferential treatment, just yesterday a pervert was "taken into custody" in a Chuck E cheese or whatever the name of the place is, anyway, he was sitting there by himself, "just getting a bite to eat" according to his mom, (he's 48 btw) AND he was taking photos, he also had tokens in his pocket, for those not familiar, you earn tokens to play games etc. so this perv had tokens ready to lure some kid into going with him to play games,,,,wonder exactly what 'game' he had in mind. This perv was just let out of jail after doing a three year stint for RAPING A FIFTEEN YEAR OLD, yes indeedy, only three years for RAPE and they let him out to do it again.
Only in MA..........
I think I already live in the Netherlands........

In the "old days" of the US, I think kids got married very early, mostly because of the lack of medical care, they died very early too.
Also, a few hundred years ago, the average life span was about 30 or 40 which necessitated very early sex, marriage and child bearing.
While this is not the case now, a lot of human biology goes against behavior that is more favorable to today's reality of delaying sex and marriage until very much later.
