You folks done good!!!!!!!!
I was ready to shove my speakers down Phelps throat when I was listening to him on a Delaware radio station a few days before his bozos showed up there to protest at a funeral, on a Sunday no less. He was trying to paint him and his "followers" as the victims of hate crimes and having their 1st Amendment rights violated.
They did NOT show up for the planned, and permitted protest on that Wednesday.
Folks in these parts don't take kindly to those types. Obviously Phelps' phools figured that out.

Thanks Gabz!
Folks in DC don't take kindly to these freaks either. I don't think anyone does. Some people tried to yell at them and many came over and talked to us about their complete and utter disgust with the freaks.

I'm torn about what happened up in Seaford last Sunday.
One part of me is cheering, but the other part of me is really disappointed that the good guys stooped to their (phelps' phools) level with the vandalism of their vehicle and the physical attack, and then the attack of the VFD vehicle.

The Rev. Phelps is sick. He seems to think any one who's done military service is a born faggot. Too bad he inspired a law to get him to shut up.

This paragrpah, too, was a very nice mention of FR, IMO:
The FreeRepublic.com group was trying to counter demonstrations by the Kansas-based group, led by the Rev. Fred Phelps. He previously had organized protests against those who died of AIDS and gay murder victim Matthew Shepard.
It seems to me FR is not actually the lunatic/ wacko/ nut job-right wing fringe that some on the left would like people to believe.
