Does this article discuss how they would get around the fact that the UN Charter prohibits permanent members of the Security Council from holding the position of Secretary General?

THE BEST THING HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON could do for humanity is not run for president. Nothing against her personally, mind you; it's just that her aspirations could get in the way of her husband's worthier ones.I stopped reading here..

I actually can't figure out if that is a good or a bad idea. Or, let me rephrase, I can't figure out if that's better or worse then the status quo.
I mean, I can't stand Clinton anymore then anybody else here, but I can't see how he could possibly be worse then Kofi Annan.

Considering the way the "Real Conservatives" are acting it more likely to be Supreme Court Justice Bill Clinton. Talk about cutting off your political nose to spit your face. You would not even need the Internet, you would be able hear the "Real Conservatives" squealing when they made that announcement where every you happened to be sitting

Only if part of a 4 step program:
1. UN charter amended to allow it.
2. BJ elected head pervert by the dictator's club.
3. US abandons its UN membership.
4. UN is kicked out of US.
