What a sad observation about Newport Beach. I guess I'll just never go home again, and pretend it's still like it was in the early '60's when I had a place right across the street from the beach. :o(
Recently our city spent millions of dollars building a beautiful park with lakes, concert arena, etc. It is on the far edge of town, all the way across the city from the bangers, illegals, etc.
It has been finished about 2 wks now, grand opening, concert, etc. Exactly one wk later it has been tagged everywhere, trash thrown everywhere, and they had to do a water test because of all the baby diapers in the lakes. I thought I was gonna die laughing when I saw it on the news. We were watching the "grand opening" on tv and my hubby says......give it one week and it will be trashed.
