Hey Andrew, if you are reading this, question:
I am not against a guest worker program to include those already here illegally after first enforcing the border. However, it seems obvious to me that we do not need as many guest workers as the number of illegal immigrants that are already here. As an example, lets' say that there are 15 million illegal immigrants in the USA. But let's say we only need 8 million. So it would make sense to send back those for whom there is no employment. Why isn't this discussed?
