President Bush presents Cadet Michael Miller with a presidential challenge coin. A West Point public affairs officer explained that Miller earned the distinction of graduating with the lowest grade point average, an accomplishment that earned him the title of 'Goat,' one dollar from each member of the graduating class, and the presidential challenge coin.

What beautiful uniforms they have. Although I must say the women who chose to wear skirts looked much nicer than the ones who wore the slacks like the men. JMHO!
